Leave it alone
Let it go. Just let it go.
When things happen you will feel down, cry if you need too, but do not stay down for too long, pull yourself back up
Forgive. Forgiveness is for me. Forgiveness is freedom. I am the person who gets release and is freed (when I forgive)
“Lord help me” is a prayer too. God hears three word prayers too. Just pray “Lord help me”. When I do not know what to do I pray “Lord help me”.
Lord help me to remember that nothing will happen today that you and I together cannot handle. (quote) And if God who made the world and holds back all that water that is the ocean chooses not to handle it then neither will I.
God is the only person with me 24 Hours a day, every day. In sickness he is the only one who can feel what I am feeling, in the middle of the night he is the only one who is with me. And He is the only one that I can call on to help me in every situation.
Bible Verse: I will lift my eyes to God, my help comes from God.
Try to be as normal as possible. Do not go too far in either direction. Try to stay in the middle, normal and balanced.
Save yourself. Save yourself first.
Ignore when you need to ignore. Neither see or hear or know when it suits you. Be deaf and dumb when it saves you and never give anyone the opportunity to pull you down.
I am going to talk, I am not a fridge. I will not keep everything inside to give me a grief knot, I am going to talk and get everything out and get rid of the pain and what is bothering me and free myself. A problem shared is a problem halved.
If God gives you the know how and the opportunity use it because it will help you and you can use it to help others and make the world a better place. We can all do with a better world.
Like the aeroplanes say, put on your seat belt first. You have to save yourself before you can save someone else.
What you do not spend you do not have to look for.
Like Mudse always said give me my flowers when I can smell them. I am going to save some but I am going to enjoy some too.
Money is good but you cannot eat money. You should at least eat nourishing food otherwise what sense is it to have money if you cannot use it for good. God is always right and He knew what He was doing when He made it so we came with nothing and can take nothing but our deeds that are written in heaven.
Like Dad always said do not tell me about the pepper seed you had in your hand show me the one you have in your hat band.
You do not postpone happiness for any reason, be happy now. God went to the trouble to prepare a whole world for you and He did not work that hard for you to be unhappy.
I am going to create my happiness inside me because happiness grows inside. Don’t mind the other person, if they want to continue doing what they are doing that is inside of them. But me I am not going to let them stop me from being happy. When I look at the blue sky and the sea and think about how beautiful nature is, when I think about (name persons) I am happy.
Sleep is important, food is important, exercise is important, ensure you get your sleep and eat healthy. Nothing is stopping me going to bed on time and getting my sleep.
Bible Verse: I will lay me down and sleep for You Lord help me to dwell in safety.
Count your blessings. When I think of my breath and that it has been working since I was born and still continues to work I know that I am blessed.
Count my blessings. When I start counting my blessings and I list them and keep counting I see all the reasons that I have to be happy. Don’t mind (name) I can leave that alone, it does not change the fact that I have all these blessings and all these things that are going right for me. Let me chose to count and focus on my blessings.
This (name thing) is a real challenge but as long as I get (name aims that I want) in this situation I will not worry and will leave that alone.

[8] Do not be like them, for your Father knows what you need before you ask him. [9] “This, then, is how you should pray: “ ‘Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, [10] your kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. [11] Give us today our daily bread. [12] And forgive us our debts, as we also have forgiven our debtors. [13] And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from the evil one. ’ [14] For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. [15] But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.
Go to Psalm – Psalm 23: The Lord is my Shepherd I shall not want.
Psalms 23:1-6 NIV
[1] The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. [2] He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, [3] he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake. [4] Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. [5] You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. [6] Surely your goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Look on the bright side
Look on the bright side at least I have (list things) , I can (list things) and I am getting (list things). Let me use my energy to focus on me, what is going right for me and have peace, contentment and happiness.
Work around, find a way around and nobody has to know but you and God.
Always do good but do the good that you want to do, the good that stops a situation from getting worse for you and the good that saves you from having to deal with anything worse.
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things that I can and the wisdom to know the difference. (quote)
Gratitude – always be grateful that things are no worse and practise telling God “thank you”.
Prayer: Thank your for the world so sweet, thank you for the food we eat, thank you for the birds that sing, thank you God for everything.
Bible Verse: In all things give God thanks, pray without ceasing, Rejoice always.
